    Pros

    The majority of the staff are amazing
    Flexi time is great
    If you have a good manager you will go far
    Majority of staff have been there for over five years

    Cons

    Management are poor
    Salaries are average or below average
    Lip service to employee Engagement
    Not a fast paced organisation at all
    Majority of staff have been there over five years
    Resistance to change

    Global customer base inc UK, Europe, India, Africa etc

    Poor PJO/Sales management, change control etc
    Weak processes and procedures, usually over ruled by who can shout loudest

    In order for the company to evolve some difficult decisions need to be made, but once made, commit to them, move forwards and don't look back. Your biggest asset is your staff, they are committed, loyal and work bloody hard don't lose focus in the numbers

    Company tends to pay under market rate this needs to change. Empower your people more.
