    Pros

    Very conscious of maintenance for the customer. they make sure preventive maintenance does the best possible job that can be perform.

    Cons

    Could hire more personnel to be less hectic to co-workers. They make sure preventive maintenance does the best possible job that can be perform with minimal resources.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please hire more personnel. Safety may depend on more personnel aware of systems. Give the worker the right tools to perform maintenance as best as possible. Your a loosing a good customer because you want to save money on resources. Next time do not under bid contract.

    Pros

    Great boss, good coworkers. This particular contract site is very low key and low stress. Salary is higher than our competitors.

    Cons

    No room for advancement. The company's sales energy is directed towards the janitorial and property managements segments leaving no real prospect for growth for the facilities employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Engage honestly with employees about prospects. Consider employee potential for the greater good of the company rather than leaving them to ride out contracts.

    The executive management preached of hard service management, however the execution management is completely disconnected.

    Executive management seems to understand the business, however levels below are disconnected.

    Be mindful to people. Management should improve on people management rather than bottom line. The bottom line will take care of itself.

    Pros

    Being a large company there are opportunities. But, the opportunities are mostly due to a high turnover.

    Cons

    Constant turnover in management. Total lack of direction, consistency. Sub par compensation. There's a lot of talk but very little action leaving you with a sense of spinning your wheels and feeling frustrated. The management team lacks sincerity.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Decide on a direction and stick with it. Respect and value your current employees and there wouldn't be such a large turnover.

    has some jobs in the United States. but not in tampa Florida. more are in the workers , but slow coming.

    not a clear way to run a business. better management is needed that are in the same city, and not all over the place.

    Pros

    Good pay and fair benefits (employee pays 30 percent).

    Cons

    Lack of communication, no plan, unskilled executives and no company platform. It's "figure it out" or deal with the consequences.

    Fix it before they figure you out and you lose more clients and more highly skilled players.

    Pros

    It is full of bright non conformist free thinkers. Clients are often very loyal to this distinctive brand of real estate - they like our ability to listen to them and work collaboratively to find the best solution.

    Cons

    It lacks confidence in itself. As a company we need to make brave game changing decisions rather than the small incremental ones
