    Poor Executive Management

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsGood pay and fair benefits (employee pays 30 percent).

ConsLack of communication, no plan, unskilled executives and no company platform. It's "figure it out" or deal with the consequences.

Advice to Senior ManagementFix it before they figure you out and you lose more clients and more highly skilled players.

Good management is now in place at DTZ. It's one to watch over the next 2-5 years

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsIt is full of bright non conformist free thinkers. Clients are often very loyal to this distinctive brand of real estate - they like our ability to listen to them and work collaboratively to find the best solution.

ConsIt lacks confidence in itself. As a company we need to make brave game changing decisions rather than the small incremental ones

    Advice to Senior ManagementBe bold

Poor leadership, below average compensation, no bonuses the past three years

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsNew leadership in place for separation from UGL parent company is hopeful. But, financial pressures while going through the transition predict lean years ahead.

ConsPoor management has led to an exodus of top performers over the past several years. The entire senior management team has turned over in the past year. Half truly left on their own to pursue better opportunities while the other half we're let go. The compensation package is below industry standards and the company does not pay out on bonuses. So, negotiate your package up front if you are looking to join DTZ

Advice to Senior ManagementThey know what is wrong. Make it a priority and fix it immediately

It has been fair. Expectations are high and the pace is fast, yet the rewards and response do not fit the expectations.

    Team environment.

    ConsAmple "red tape".
    Lack of technology.
    Compensation below market.
    Low morale.
    Constant management changes.
    Unknown about future state/direction.
