Former Employee – worked at DTZ full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Strong leadership of the company across regions in India - the PM & Transaction team leadership worked cohesively to address client related issues & business development.
Cons – Leadership changes in 2009/2010 brought a lot of differences within the organisation in India. Thereafter the recent takeover by UGL has also brought about a lot of change & many of the team members who were in the company in India from 2008/2010 have moved on - a fresh beginning may help in bringing back the good times?

Former Employee – worked at DTZ
Pros – It is a really nice place to work. Employees there are usually back from abroad. They have new minds. Best part is: If you have the ability, managers are willing to promote you!
Cons – Some high level managers are promoted because they worked there for so long... Doesn't mean how good they are.
Advice to Senior Management – None
