Pros

Outstanding benefits and communication from top management. Really care about their people and treat everyone with very high respect. Probably the best place I've ever worked

Cons

Being a start up company and relying on venture capital to operate was unnerving. Laid off over 100 people as capital dried up. Outlook was so gloomy that took a far lesser job to have some security.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep up the communication and don't let people leave because of the uncertainity.

Pros

Some of the most friendliest staff/coworkers that you'll ever be around. The environment was so positively charged, it was almost impossible not to want to work. Not to mention the free DVD's that you were able to rent from the lobby!

Cons

There's not much room for growth or improvement. Being the smaller fish in the big pond (Redbox), there had to be mass layoffs and cutbacks when the company badly missed their quarterly earnings.

Advice to Senior Management

Take a more proactive approach in listening and getting feedback from all the members on the totem pole, not just those whose salaries closely resemble your own.
