    Company environment

Management Summer Internship (Former Employee) Delhi (India)

ProsGrowth opportunities for hardworking people, Good projects, work in your own style, few good top management leaders, company is revamping and developing slowly

ConsNot very easy vertical communication, Slow processes, lesser automation, Main head office itself is not very lively, organization needs to acquire best practices and more MNC like environment

Advice to Senior ManagementMore open culture required, greater HR initiatives, required to make organization more lively, still lot of employees are lax and it gives a feeling of an old Indian company

    Just good for sales experience.

    Manager (Current Employee) Delhi (India)

ProsGreat exposure to hardcore sales. Amazing autonomy. Big responsibility. Lot of challenges to face. Lot of problems to solve

ConsVery unstructured. Works HR policies and team. Promoted by family, hence no long term strategic thinking, hence investments.

Advice to Senior ManagementHave to get over the 'lalagiri' of the old days. Recruit only from good campuses (read top 10 Bschools). Fill the ranks with young blood. Get rid of old baggage. Focus on Training.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
