    Mickey mouse production set up, different departments that did not integrate, lack of communication

    Dont vary salaries for the same job roles

    All the cons a company could probably have mixed in a jar topped with some cheap low grade policies and garnished with disgusting people. . Served on a copper plate. . Have it till you die. . Dabur International Limited to you. .

    Grow up. . Things won't work for long so with this attitude . . Hoping early realisation. . God bless you

    Cons

    If at all you are a happy person and nothing can make you sad , please join this company . High chances you will become a depressing soul and start hating the things around you.

    You will be treated like a trash , oops..a filthy trash. With each passing day your patience level will stoop to a new low and the managers will stoop to a new low to their filth.

    Its a career destroyer , mental health killer , life sucker. No way you work there for a few years and come out as a human being. you will get Goosebumps with the way people treat each other there.

    GOD help those who are working. I am in search of a job but the reputation of the company is such that nobody is hiring me.

    Advice to Management

    God will not forgive you and he is watching. he will find ways and means to get even with you and balance out things with the way you all have treated employees there over the years. YOUR TIME HAS COME>>>>BEWAREEEEEE
    If anyone wants to go home you guys irritate him with late night calls and shout and howl at them.

    Free hand given to deliver. Management loves flattery.
    Innovative in line/brand extension.
    Deep pockets for brand building.

    Cons

    Thankless ...become ruthless despite of performance if you become critical.
    Transactional in dealing. Human is seen as machine.
    Humiliation in public is daily affair even to 2nd highest tier of management .
    Rules are applied basis management's convenience.

    It is giving culture ,if one is mediocre then he is the right person in Dabur and his job is secured,

    Thankless management ...transactional approach of management .

    Watch out the arrogant behavior of senior Managers in Dabur international

    There are no pros in the company

    Very Bad work life balance Employees scared to leave office on time.
    Bad Pay : HR function's main task is to give as low pay as possible wit no parity in pay , Low grade employees get more pay than higher ones
    Too much work pressure , if you complain then your skills , appraisal and future growth comes under scanner
    Environment is very bad : In the name of giving exposure , employees are made to work too much and are subject to extreme level rude & uncivilized behavior . HR is just for hiring people and not welfare.
    Employees who leave on time are considered les efficient , and treated as if they avoid work and are less efficient. They are made to feel guilty of that. Late sitting is just a regular feature. If you leave office at 7 , people say that you are taking half day!!!!!!!!
    Managers are less empowered and too busy fulfilling ulterior motives with petty politics even with juniors. Looks like now we know why everybody goes late from office. They are too busy doing politics.
    No employee welfare focus , employee are like machines to deliver targets. Very less empathy. Nobody to understand employee pains. so they come to glassdoor to discuss and not HR.

    Advice to Management

    Management is exactly aware of what is happening. Management doesn't want any advise. They are happy working like this. Keep up.

    Pros

    Nothing to cheer about, Running on its name apart from it nothing is there in this company.

    1. Worst Work Life balance
    2. Poor pay scale
    3. Discrimination
    4. No work ethics, top management abusive and illtreate the employees
    5. slow promotion rate

    Advice to Management

    Please change your style of working. And stop making people life's hell.

    Pros

    Great Place to learn (Marketing)...
    Freedom to take up tasks and projects

    Cons

    - Almost non existent work ethics. (No sanctity of word/ formal approvals/ appointments/ business communication)
    - Average Compensation
    - Extreme Chaos - Lack of even basic systems, processes
    - Lack of delegation of authority - Even the pettiest decisions are taken by top management.
    - HR is only an Admin function, driven 100% by top management.
    - No work life balance..(Top Mgmnt takes pride in blood-leech culture)
    - Top management has Zero work ethics (can't emphasize this more)

    Advice to Management

    - Please go and read some articles on work ethics, you have no idea what it means.
    - Try to retain people while they are motivated, not when they resign... and a few extra bucks once you have resigned don't really help.
