    Good Learning Platform, and that's it

    Freedom to take up tasks and projects

    Cons- Almost non existent work ethics. (No sanctity of word/ formal approvals/ appointments/ business communication)
    - Average Compensation
    - Extreme Chaos - Lack of even basic systems, processes
    - Lack of delegation of authority - Even the pettiest decisions are taken by top management.
    - HR is only an Admin function, driven 100% by top management.
    - No work life balance..(Top Mgmnt takes pride in blood-leech culture)
    - Top management has Zero work ethics (can't emphasize this more)

    Advice to Senior Management- Please go and read some articles on work ethics, you have no idea what it means.
    - Try to retain people while they are motivated, not when they resign... and a few extra bucks once you have resigned don't really help.

    Advice to Senior ManagementYou have not hired robots but human beings with emotions and a family life. Please try showing some respect to your employees before a time comes when nobody will be willing to work here even if you pay them a bomb.

    ConsCulture is not as per MNCs - and they feel proud about it, Compensation less than market, Less freedon to work for Brand Managers, Promotions are done based on the person of a few seniors, no objectivity

    ProsResponsibility is given early in the career.Level of enthusiasm of the employees is good. With having good pride in what they sell.

    ConsTechnology wise the company is lagging with respect to its competitors.Few distribution system is not best wrt to competition. Sometimes work conditions are not so good.
