    Pros

Very fast growing company & fast expanding.
There are many opportunities for growth & career prospects.

    Cons

Very demanding work schedule & work-life balance is almost never bothered. Humans are visualised as programmed machines

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

HRD means Human resource development & not Human Recruitment Department. People should understand that Every Human has a personal life & needs to spend time with family.

Current Employee - Doesnt Matter (Applies to All Levels) in Dubai (United Arab Emirates)

    Pros

There are no pros in the company

    Cons

Very Bad work life balance Employees scared to leave office on time.
Bad Pay : HR function's main task is to give as low pay as possible wit no parity in pay , Low grade employees get more pay than higher ones
Too much work pressure , if you complain then your skills , appraisal and future growth comes under scanner
Environment is very bad : In the name of giving exposure , employees are made to work too much and are subject to extreme level rude & uncivilized behavior . HR is just for hiring people and not welfare.
Employees who leave on time are considered les efficient , and treated as if they avoid work and are less efficient. They are made to feel guilty of that. Late sitting is just a regular feature. If you leave office at 7 , people say that you are taking half day!!!!!!!!
Managers are less empowered and too busy fulfilling ulterior motives with petty politics even with juniors. Looks like now we know why everybody goes late from office. They are too busy doing politics.
No employee welfare focus , employee are like machines to deliver targets. Very less empathy. Nobody to understand employee pains. so they come to glassdoor to discuss and not HR.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management is exactly aware of what is happening. Management doesn't want any advise. They are happy working like this. Keep up.

    Cons

Very sad culture, No work life balance, Poor quality of work, Minimal development, Poor compensation

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You have not hired robots but human beings with emotions and a family life. Please try showing some respect to your employees before a time comes when nobody will be willing to work here even if you pay them a bomb.

Current Employee - Marketing in Dubai (United Arab Emirates)

    Pros

    Great Place to learn (Marketing)...
Freedom to take up tasks and projects

    Cons

    - Almost non existent work ethics. (No sanctity of word/ formal approvals/ appointments/ business communication)
    - Average Compensation
    - Extreme Chaos - Lack of even basic systems, processes
    - Lack of delegation of authority - Even the pettiest decisions are taken by top management.
    - HR is only an Admin function, driven 100% by top management.
    - No work life balance..(Top Mgmnt takes pride in blood-leech culture)
    - Top management has Zero work ethics (can't emphasize this more)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Please go and read some articles on work ethics, you have no idea what it means.
    - Try to retain people while they are motivated, not when they resign... and a few extra bucks once you have resigned don't really help.

    Pros

Learn the Basics of FMCG, Bigger Opportunities can be given soon, Support employees in case of serious mishaps.

    Cons

Culture is not as per MNCs - and they feel proud about it, Compensation less than market, Less freedon to work for Brand Managers, Promotions are done based on the person of a few seniors, no objectivity

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give more freedom in the hands of team rather than retaining with Senior Management, Promote people based on numbers they deliver, not your perception

    Pros

Big Name, Good Company, beneficial only when not partial

    Cons

Very much partial towards few employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't let the seniors partial with few of their favorite employees, for company every employee should be equal, everyone should get equal opportunities to explore themselves. Kindly keep alarming those who have powers so that juniors won't find any reason to quit your beautiful organization.
