I worked at Dade Paper full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Decent pay... that is the only pro about this company. And the fact that you get a raise every year. But they screw you out of your back pay.

    Cons

There is no go to guy.. when something needs to be fixed or adreesed they put you off. Then when you keep complaining about it they get mad. I worked there for a year and a half.. no tickets no write ups never got in trouble for anything.. I made a Facebook post not mentioning the company name and was cussed at and fired. And on top of that the the man over shipping lied about me to the boss.. I never got a chance to give my side. I was terminated over a open forum post on Facebook.. The ones in charge are very unprofessional. And also. I was due for a raise... I was promised back pay if they went over the date of my raise.. they went 6 months over and claimed he couldn't calculate it so he'd just give me a few months back pay.. they are procrastinators..

    Advice to Management

When you have an employee that comes to you with safety issues you need to get off your rear ends and fix it.. do what you say your going to do.. don't expect your people to do extra for you when you won't do anything for them.

    Pros

Great original idea, DSR's keep their customers as long they can handle them. The company will not divide their territory. The company really changed since the dead of the founder.

    Cons

You need to be married to the daughter of the president or be a relative to somebody with higher rank in the organization to be promoted or make a real income. The other alternative is to be a working fool.

    Advice to Management

Be honest with your sales force.

I worked at Dade Paper full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The customer service team was very nice and friendly. They clearly operated well as a group

    Cons

Micro-management, clique forming, and arrogance were watchwords for management. Poor compensation, expensive benefits, and toxic environment.

I worked at Dade Paper full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Can't think of any. Very poor moral.

    Cons

Management is useless. Lots of big talk with no action except to cover their own backsides.

    Advice to Management

Need to take better care of employees. Quit dropping the quality of the benefits while increasing the price.

I worked at Dade Paper full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good working environment and located in a nice area.

    Cons

If you're not part of the clique in the department that you are working in, don't expect it to go well even if everything checks out fine pre-employment wise. Expect micro-management, back-stabbing, and brown-nosing in this company culture.

    Advice to Management

You are a large company with the mentality of a small one. Please mature and act in accordance with the quantity and diversity of the employees at your company.

I worked at Dade Paper full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There isn't too much that this company can offer to woe its employees, but for the most part the employees are friendly but know that they are being taken advantage of through low wages.

    Cons

This company is highly known for its poor compensation to its employees. Only the "in" group of the executives is making real salaries. In addition, most of the treatment by senior staff to employees is mediocre at best. The culture of this company is to demand lots from its employees with the premise of promotions or higher compensation in the future. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
