Freedom to innovate, excellent work environment, great collegues, working for the biggest company of germany. Excellent place for career development. Can relocate almost everywhere in Europe. Pay is in Euros. Excellent social security and health insurance system. Best economy in Europe.
Excellent company culture and traditionm. Employers value your effort and dedication.Cons
Difficult to move up in the company, Germans tend to stay very long on the same job position. Different society and culture than the american way, it is difficult to get used to it. Germans behave very different from americans. You must pay almost 45% of income in taxes.
