I worked at Dainik Bhaskar full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Its a big brand name. When i was working there as a city news reporter i've established so many contacts very easily and its because i had put so many efforts for that and the name of my company has powered a lot for a fresher like me to grow.

    Cons

The salary was not satisfactory according to the work. If we spend 100 rs daily on convence and some of expenses on field in working hours an get 200rs then how can we survive but nobody there thinks about that. No increaments and no incentives cantgmotivate to work with hearty efforts.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Should improve the salary structure and should give powers to take decision regarding there work to the employees.
