    Pros

Great co workers. They're fun and I made friends there. That is all the pro you'll ever get.

    Cons

Horrible bosses. The owner was always there and breathing behind my neck. Not a flexible schedule. The same people open and close, the new people only get like 2 hours a day. Owners made me pick up a bun from the floor and use it in order for them to "save" money. I was pressured to do many Unorthodox things. Little pay for too much work. If you ever get an interview at the DQ in Hwy 6 and Yorktown in Houston, I recommend not to take it. The owners are always looking through the cameras, you are not allowed to go to the restroom for more than 2 mins. Horrible just horrible. No benefits whatsoever.

    Advice to Management

Don't be manhandled by the owners.

  7. Hostile and inappropriate work environment.

    Pros

I was able to gain experience, make some friends and make a moderate amount of money.

    Cons

Unstable ownership, and management, many issues including sexual harassment of a minor.

    Advice to Management

Try to be more personable, take on more responsibilities, and address employees concerns.

    Pros

No matter how much you sucked at your job the boss, she never fired you never got written up, yelled at, etc.

    Cons

The boss let a twenty-two year old girl who was sleeping with her brother run the shop! She was rude, two-faced, and had no idea what she was doing simply only got the job because she literally slept her way to the top. No breaks couldn't even sit for 5 mins out if a 8 hour shift, cameras were everywhere on the employees not the customers. Treated horrible.

    Advice to Management

Don't hire people just because there sleeping with family members. Have employees sign waivers before you video tape them. Go to HELL

    Pros

If you like working as a crew 100 % of the time and a shift manager and a g.m. His job is for you.

    Cons

Good Luck getting a pay raise. Majority of the managers work 80 hour a week but only get paid 50. And have fun running a 14 % labor or 45+ $ per man hour .

    Advice to Management

What I would tell upper Management is from day 1 I have be lied to promises not kept. I have helped you fix 4 different stores and no pay compensation. Told to do one thing one day and it change the next . Lack of information and planning direction from upper management. Training for crew shift managers what a joke.
