    Pros

Great hours for a high school student, meet lots of cool people, all the managers were very nice, the fast paced rushes keep you from being bored, and the job is relatively easy.

    Cons

The smell of condiments and food stays on you, every person working in a rush gets grumpy, and the pay is minimum wage.

    Advice to Management

There was no system in place to train all staff to work all jobs. While there were a few people cross-trained, mostly the grill cooks worked grill and the chill cooks worked chill, and that made rushes more difficult.

    Pros

Loved working here. Staff is great. Supervisors were very nice and easy to work for.

    Cons

Sometimes the job could be very tedious at times but I think that's going to be with any job and it also depends on your supervisors.

    Advice to Management

Must be enthusiastic and able to lead others and keep others positive about their work.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Meeting new people and taking on responsibilities. And life lessons that everyone will mess up and you learn from it and get better. It's money

    Cons

Rude costumers. Messing up on a order. Getting yelled at. Closing down. Getting home at one am.

    Advice to Management

None thanks for all you do

    Pros

Good Pay and nice coworkers. The Zionville children are well disciplined on the bus. Parents are considerate and call when kids are not riding.

    Cons

Off in the summer time, only 25 hours a week no unemployment benefits. It is difficult to find a temporary job in the summer months.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work however we need more hours and options, for the summer months of work. Trying to make the word count Minimum.

    Pros

Great job to have as a 14 year old.

    Cons

Not flexible at all. Kind of mean management

    Advice to Management

Be more flexible and more lenient with employees, especially because most of them are under 20 years old.

  10. Very good coworkers.

    I worked at Dairy Queen

    Pros

The managers took time to listen and understand everyone's situations. Flexible hours and holidays off. Got to be more independent and not always have someone bossing you around.

    Cons

The pay was never increased. Starts and finishes at minimum wage. Not many opportunities to level up in the company. Just workers.

    Advice to Management

    More advancement.

    Pros

Working here is basically more or less what you'd expect. Slinging Blizzards, ice cream, food. Everything depends on your location, your manager, and the customers. If you're semi-competent you'll more than likely get promoted, which is a plus.

    Cons

It's a fast food gig, so everything that comes with that. Horrible customers, flaky co-workers, management that isn't competent.

    Advice to Management

Bring back more fun events for employees. More incentives to keep morale up.
