Pros – Comfortable work environment

HR is difficult to deal with
Consistently pays people as low as possible
Employees are assigned titles(and subsequently their salary) based on what HR says, not what they actually do
Often, there is more red tape than necessary to complete a particular task (many meetings, questions, while productivity suffers)
Could use more vacation time
Very low pay ceilings

Pros – Benefits are great. If you know the right people, you're set for life. Also, if you can stay motivated and creative, there is some opportunity to innovate.
Cons – Hard to stay motivated when everyone around you is not.
