    Big Group and Cash Rich company

    Cons

    Very old structure and management style. Not process driven and very unclear procedures. Not a people friendly company

    Its shall be better to accept change; change is not always bad. To carry on with the modern times, company needs to accept and implement modern ways and means to keep its employees happy.

    Company policies are good. But management at plant level not happen ing

    Cons

    No co ordination between department s in plants groupism favoritism in plant management.

    Selections of better HODs at plants and better working environment in plant
