Keeps you on your toes mentally
Strict policies
Great training and experience
High responsibilities at even low level employment
Cons
Rude customers
Some stores/consumers are hostile or not fun to work with
Strict policies
Extensive administrative work
Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reporting
Advice to Senior Management
Let managers make more decisions regarding procedures. Less emphasis on R&D of ridiculous new products, and focus more on company fundamentals. And a little more lenience regarding administrative policies would be appreciated.
