    Unpleasant working environment

    Hostess (Former Employee)
    Clarks Summit, PA

ProsFast paced working environment so you definitely won't be bored. Discounted food during shift hours and time to sit down and eat it.

ConsRestaurant jobs come with their own set of headaches but working at Damon's was a big one. There is a constant influx of new staff because people are unable to stay for a prolonged period of time. At the time I was there the management was extremely disrespectful to some members of their staff.

    Going downhill fast

    Manager (Current Employee)

ProsIts a job in this economy. Long term employees are great. They really care about the guest and take pride in doing a good job

ConsBankruptcy has made it impossible to do our jobs the way they should be done. We can't order smallwares, we routinely receive calls from utility companies about disconnections for non payment. We are never given answers.

Advice to Senior ManagementWork IN a restaurant for a week. Get out of your office and walk a mile in our shoes.
