treat employees with respect, fix what is broken, update the infrastructure(computers, grill, oven, interior, etc etc)

try to motivate employees

Pros

Its a job in this economy. Long term employees are great. They really care about the guest and take pride in doing a good job

Cons

Bankruptcy has made it impossible to do our jobs the way they should be done. We can't order smallwares, we routinely receive calls from utility companies about disconnections for non payment. We are never given answers.

Advice to Senior Management

Work IN a restaurant for a week. Get out of your office and walk a mile in our shoes.
