A good career start for me, fresh out of undergrad!

Human Resources Generalist (Current Employee) Brentwood, TN

ProsI had an awesome supervisor who was really supportive and did everything she could to cultivate me for a prosperous career in HR.

I also received many travel opportunities while I worked for the company and even had the opportunity to travel internationally.

ConsOne of the reasons I chose to leave when I did was because American cars were becoming less popular which led to the closing of a lot of Dana offices across the nation. I liked where I worked but I knew things did not look good for my office. Within a year of my leaving, the office I worked in was bought out by another company and subsequently closed.
