    Pros

Still a player in automotive and industrial markets

They used to really believe that "People are our most important asset". That concept died long ago. Really a shame.

I have been working at Dana Corporation full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

I had an awesome supervisor who was really supportive and did everything she could to cultivate me for a prosperous career in HR.

I also received many travel opportunities while I worked for the company and even had the opportunity to travel internationally.

    Cons

One of the reasons I chose to leave when I did was because American cars were becoming less popular which led to the closing of a lot of Dana offices across the nation. I liked where I worked but I knew things did not look good for my office. Within a year of my leaving, the office I worked in was bought out by another company and subsequently closed.
