Current Employee – been working at Daniel Island Company part-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Organization is run well, very small company however, pay is pretty good considering what job it was
Cons – It's not the company's fault but this is easily the most boring activity one can possibly spend their time doing
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Former Employee – worked at Daniel Island Company
Pros – There isn't a better product to sell- the lifestyle speaks for itself.
Cons – Incompetent leaders are kept in their positions; layoffs happen due to the economy, but these only occur at a low-mid management level. Leadership staff is highly dysfunctional and not as talented as one would expect. Smoke in mirrors!
Advice to Senior Management – Hire effective management!
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
