Great environment, but with lack of dynamism and creativity

    Assistant Brand Manager (Former Employee)
    Lisbon (Portugal)

ProsGreat people and a relaxed environment meant that it was never a bother to work at Danone. People were flexible and there was very little intrigue or politics in the company.

ConsAt least in Portugal, there seemed to be a pervasive lack of creativity, dynamism and attitude. Everyone seems to just do what they had to do, without ever risking or taking a chance.

Advice to Senior ManagementSpend a bit more money, hire more ambitious trainees.
