ProsGlobally, is a good company to work for. Nice colleagues, nice working environement. Some interresting projects, even if responsabilities are limited.

ConsRepeated projects, old fashioned computers, limited ressources. Mainly because of financial issues, the Management is sometimes difficult to convience about the new trends or the most appropriate solution.

ProsLots of opportunities to be seen if you work hard enough and are not too modest about it.
Good work-life balance if you are not too lasy to do your job in time. Easy to grow if you have good relations with your boss.

ConsSometimes too burocratic, but probably it is common for all big companies. Salary and compensations could be better. Stressfull

ProsInnovative campaigns, you learn traditional marketing.
The fact that its a Worldwide company gives you input to international standards and practices

ConsUpper and lower management is driven by politics. Poor hr. Long hours of working if with the wrong boss.

Advice to Senior ManagementBetter training of employees and support them. Politics and personal hidden agendas, drive evaluation procedure.
