Pros
Have learned a lot, good and safe working conditions. Healthy nutritional foods and caring for poorer countries.training offered regulary.

More in touch with staff
Pros
Experience in merchandising, direct and indirect sales. Training programs. Support from the management. Teamwork and loyality among the employees. Attractive social package.

Low salary. No possibility to grow in a short term period. Intensive travelings, which are not always connected with the main target.
Advice to Senior Management
Adding new responsibilities to the employees would allow an increase of their salaries and would bring them larger experience and ability to solve problems.

well known brand, allowed to work idependently and a lot of responsibility, great and nice collegeaus, free yoghurts, next to s-bahn

long working hours, a lot of collegeaus are pretty competitive, confidentially working hours, no free food during lunch, located in Haar, not Munich center

Too much autonomy to local GMs who may not always be the most competent people to take up the position.

Think and act beyond Europe. A european solution is not always the best for the rest of the world.

Big organization - one might get lost in the crowd and might take some time to find one's place.
Not a very good pay master (at least for junior-mid manager levels).

HR is very uneffective and is has very little impact on employees general well being and is mostly concerned with passing a good image to corporate HQ , not backed up by actual initiatives.
Advice to Senior Management
For HQ´s HR staff: dig deeper into the affiliates HR practices - don´t be fooled by reports and good personal marketing done by HR directors.
Pros
It is business oriented, very ambitious company, with smart management team and good business perspective. and plenty of staff benefits.
Cons
but it still less systemastic trainning system and stable information system, and focus on short term return too much sometime.

Please try to invest on young staffs and educate fresh graduates, build stronger corporation's culture. longer views for business growth.
