No advancement. The Company likes to hire from the outside.

Advice to Senior Management
Would like to be reviewed more often and thoroughly. Also, the opportunities for full-time employment are taking longer than expected to pan out
Pros
Danone Eaux is a great place to work. It is full of competent and kind people who will help you make the best of your internship.
Cons
Bottled water isn't the fastest growink market - it actually is shrinking. This will create some difficult situations from which you can actually learn a lot.
Advice to Senior Management
Management, although OK at Danone Water, should communicate better with the people they are responsible for. Objectives should be more practical and clear, too.
