    ConsThis company should live up to its own company values. Only use the word "humanity" if you really mean it. I would never ever go back to that company, I even refuse to buy and consume their products.

    Good learning ground, limited possibilities for a middle age managers

    Pros-Exciting projects, businesses and brands
    -Friendly atmosphere
    -Salary on the good average compare to other companies in the food industry and high incentives
    -Good work life balance

    Cons-Competitive but not so rewarding environment: competition among managers is encouraged but few development opportunities are offered This results in a high level of turnover after 3, 4 years of experience
    -Short careers (nearly no managers above 40)
    -Lack of processes
