  10.

I do my master's thesis at Danske Bank

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee in Copenhagen (Denmark)

I have been working at Danske Bank as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

The little experience I have with them is that they are very professional and efficient. The work-life balance for a model developer seems to be good.

    Cons

I think that they do proprietary trading, which I think is a bad thing as it destabilizes the bank. That's the only thing I can think of, as I have very little experience with them.

I have been working at Danske Bank full-time

    Pros

If you want to grow, personally and professionally, Danske Bank is a great place to be. They care about deveoping their employees, and they have a lot of interesting projects going on.

    Cons

Although its employees come from a number of different countries, a lot of written communication (e.g. from HR) is still in Danish.
It can be hard to leave the place again, once you become "part of the family".
