ProsOne of the best work environment / place to work and learn. rewarding for those who wants to reward their selves.

ConsGlass ceiling in terms of certain nationalities. However management practices differ from country to country. A lot of traveling and career growth opportunities for Engineering professionals, Long term employment for those who are really committed.

Advice to Senior ManagementNeeds to adapt /upgrade current HR system to cater performance appraisals, compensation (salary grad definitions in a very proper way), promotion and succession planning, provision of training company wide and administrative position career planning would stay a big problem until properly addressed.
