    1) No compensation for the overtime on weekends which happens almost every Saturday Sunday.
    2) The top managers have the inefficient management skills. You might say full form of DAR is ‘Do and Redo”.

    ConsWorking hours, poor management, low salaries comparing to the market, no parking space, discrimination between engineers and non-engineers, bonus based on overtime.

    2.No proper hierarchy.
    3.Obsolete technology usage.
    4.No learning.
    5.Not a single application of fundamentals learnt in academics.

    7. Attitude of top leadership towards employees is worst.
    8. Partiality,politics, negative atmosphere within the department is at its peak.
    9. No technological future for electrical department.
