    Pros

I personally do not found any plus points for this company.
From Indian employ's point of view there are 3 plus points which are useless for me...
    1. Job Location - Pune..(So what..??)
    2. In time salary - ( I can pay my bills in time)
    3. Job security ( But not career Growth)
Only good company for architects who find it hard to get jobs in market.

    Cons

Cons are so many that i need to write a thesis for that. Here is list of those..
    1. Extra long working hours. Even if you complete your work and leaves office in time your seniors will look as if you have stolen their stuff.
    2. Coming to management. What kind of management ?? They are just Autocratic supervisors. They want you to work without talking, Eating and drinking for extra hours.
    3. Office politics has very good scope here.
    4. Indian has only limited growth and only offshore guys get higher positions. So i feel they are racist.
    5. Very inhuman treatment is given to employee by directors. They are pathetic and treat employees as a slave.
    6. No HR policy at all. They will just send you sort of warning mails.
    7. No food and transport is provided if you are working late or on weekends.
    8. Pay scale is not at all as per industry standards.
    9. Those who don't have personal life and self moral can have good life long careers here.
    10. frankly speaking neither work life balance nor career you will get here.

    Advice to Management

    Change your management.
    Apply good HR policies.

    Pros

Easy life. No work at all. Lots of Holidays. No problem in taking leaves. only data entry work. Nothing to learn. director is abusive and not friendly.

    Cons

No work can get frustrating, they pay u they own you attitude, weird work hours, no transportation for girls, expect you to work OT without getting paid for it and even on weekends. They keep a track of every minute. this procudure is only in India office. Tourist visa is provided for foreign trips that can get you in trouble. one can become unemployable. extremely money minded. they even keep a track of 10 INR.

    Advice to Management

Learn to respect people and be a lil flexible.

    Pros

Sourcing of projects is real good from the middle east and Africa region. Hence it is a recession proof company. Lot of projects to work on, vast exposure, good working environment, everyone is involved from juniors to top management in the project. Salaries are at par and no delays in salaries.

    Cons

Really ridiculuous work loads, day an night working culture no personal life left. Company is not employee centric in general( read non democratic) Assistance in saving taxes is not encouraged for reasons unklnown, hence end up paying higher taxes as compared to other companies with same gross annual package.

    Advice to Management

Employee welfare schemes to be considered and employee should be allowed to voice opinions in the administrative decisions.

Friendly people, great environment, a very stable and reliable company. Compensation is good, could be a lot better, it really depends on how the project manager rates you, and sometimes it is not really fair.

Salaries are a little low for fresh graduates, there are no training seminars, there are many and many employees working it is difficult to stand out

    Advice to Management

    Training is needed!

    Cons

the chance for career advancement is very very few, it's more likely to stay on your position or level for the time you stay in the company, unless you moved to another company and the back to Dar

    Advice to Management

Keep the good job, and hope to apply unified roles on all employees, and clear guidelines for career advancements
