    Pros

    Bonus is generally high and good work culture if applied to the system.

    Cons

    Mostly a biased environment from the top management. Unexpected workloads sometimes.

    Can plan the work schedule more efficiently and reduce the repetitions in the work.

    Pros

    Mature organization, structured work culture and people practices, a lavish annual party (bust just one), travel to an office abroad after spending some time in the company, ownership of work

    Low appraisal, glass ceiling in career growth for Indians

    Advice to Management

    A higher compenssation and a much higher appraisal, better career prospects for Indians, better leave policy, more informal outings

    Amazing exposure and experience
    Most of the time nice team members and good working environment
    You feel like family with your colleagues
    Your payment is never delayed
    Good insurance
    Fair salaries but you get uplifted when you travel out of your area office

    Cons

    Very political sometimes
    You have to ask/complain to ring the bell if there is anything wrong
    Communication with directors is week
    Workload sometimes is unbelievable

    Listen to your employees
    Communicate more regularly with the employees
    Increase the salaries to keep the good people who make you competitive globally

    Pros

    Only one, you can add some International Projects into your CV

    Cons

    Many cons.
    1) No compensation for the overtime on weekends which happens almost every Saturday Sunday.
    2) The top managers have the inefficient management skills. You might say full form of DAR is ‘Do and Redo”.

    Advice to Management

    Respect Employee's family commitments, Try to put some more efficient managers who are smart enough to avoid repetitive work

    Pros

    Multinational company, great exposure, friendly colleagues, good location, opportunity to relocate abroad is easy, professional environment...

    Cons

    Working hours, poor management, low salaries comparing to the market, no parking space, discrimination between engineers and non-engineers, bonus based on overtime.

    Advice to Management

    Change the grading structure, to become less rigid. Change management mentality that non engineer are inferior.

    1- Work in different Large scale projects from the middle east, Africa, and some parts of Europe.
    2- Trust in you as an employee
    3- Employees are very friendly
    4- Multicultural company

    Stable ( To be precise -Stagnant) work culture

    Cons

    Many. Few to list:
    1. Electrical department is full of politics.
    2.No proper hierarchy.
    3.Obsolete technology usage.
    4.No learning.
    5.Not a single application of fundamentals learnt in academics.
    6.Poor HR practices.
    7. Attitude of top leadership towards employees is worst.
    8. Partiality,politics, negative atmosphere within the department is at its peak.
    9. No technological future for electrical department.
    10. Growth opportunities technical as well as managerial are absolutely Zero.

    One can gain great technical experience

    Cons

    not the best pay
    in few years one gets demotivated in such a company with few managerial positions

    Implement new managerial positions as engineers feel stangnant for years with no change of duties
