Pros
1. Working with a global team
2. Complicated software which gives you chance to learn

1. Work is very much distributed. So some times it gives a dampen to your spirit especially when the other colleague (which may at different geographical location / domain) is not cooperating

Poorly supported by R&D especially the ones in Europe

Compensation is good and comparable to similar companies. DS tries to satisfy employees by providing training for further grow in company.
Cons
DS is a French-based company - there are cultural differences. It is a large beurocratic company. Many employees seem unhappy.
Advice to Senior Management
DS has a great vision. This vision is not shared or properly conveyed by middle management level causing a disconnect.

Many people here are talented, fun, and creative. Atmosphere is usually casual.

Not as innovative and organized as the company should be.

Find better ways to communicate, recognize, and innovate. Align mission/goals from top to bottom.

The working environment is very good. The colleagues are very nice in the company. Daily work was interesting and exciting.
Cons
The transport isn't always convenient for work. The only transport in common was bus. If you want to work there, that's better to have a car.

Although the employees are correctly paid in company, but the salary distance between the leader level and the normal employees is huge. This is a phenomenon which disappoint people everyday.

learn by doing and opportunities to make a diff thanks to direct client interaction. lots of global exposure

Work culture need to be enriched, overall providing a good environment

Great and absolutely fantastic software products in the field of product lifecycle management including the industry standard and aviation defacto Catia and Delmia suite of products

too many acquisitions in recent years, complicated management hierarchy, not same HR policies around the globe, slower to take and drive new initiatives, not a strong customer support team but more focused on R&D. Performance related only on the Job title not on the contributions the employee makes in the annual year.

Have a "New" model of Organisation, get HR policies streamlined across the globe with pay parity in respective regions, distributed and collaborative teamwork with performance recognition in each and every task the employee is involved
