Young people working in the company --> good vibes between employees
Interesting innovative projectsCons
Managment too much involved into technical decision they don't understand make decision too long to be taken
Many people left without being renewed, this make the huge ambition of the company impossible to accomplishAdvice to Senior Management
Willing to control everything is slowing down innovation
