Love coworkers - lacking love with executive and managers

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
    Bellevue, WA

ProsLots of great people. Relaxed environment. 40 hour work week. No nights, no weekends. No dress code. Sales is sales. Make dials, make money. Not easy, but if you put in the effort you can make goal, about 50% of sales make money. 10 to 20%, make more than 60k. 15 vacation days

ConsExecs/managers don't care about anyone but there favorites. No respect or reward for hard work. Benefits are the worst. Very few long tenured employees with the company. Not impressed with base pay, but everyone is very underpaid. Best place to work is not true.

Advice to Senior ManagementRespect people and stop being cheap.

ProsAwesome Fun Energy! High Paced. Ability to earn unlimited income. Great direction.

ConsThe work is repetitive. You will need to take a break from time to time. Quota starts over and over and over..you gotta be able to reset.

Advice to Senior ManagementMore one on one's. It's an emotional sale, treat the employees with more emotion to find out what really motivates them.

Good first time inside sales experience with very little risk and a lot of income potential

    Inside Sales (Former Employee)
    Bellevue, WA

Prosyou start out needing very little to be successful, especially if you are a good looking girl. Yes that's right! The whole company is run by men. So if you've got the looks, you've got the job (although no one will ever be able to prove it because the managers only talk about it behind closed doors). If you're a guy, you'll have to either present yourself as a hotshot sales person, or a lame frat boy type that is willing to kiss but all the time and be a mangers little play thing. Once you get passed all that, the job is cake. Sit in a cubicle all day and make 100+ phone calls. Nobody is real uptight, people have waterguns and arcade game that they play around with, and until your second or third month, you really don't have someone watching over you. If you are good and you can sell you will make friends there and have a lot of support. If you don't then you won't, and you will be back on this website again, looking at reviews.

ConsSitting in a cubicle all day rotting your brains out in front of a stupid computer while you try to track people down on the other end of the phone.Typical inside sales position. If you can handle that you can handle the job.

Advice to Senior ManagementYou guys are phony liars and biggots that look down on other people just because you think you are hotshot sales people. Screw you.

    Account Executive Exerience

    Account Executive (Former Employee)
    Bellevue, WA

ProsI was able to meet some good people which will definitely help with networking going forth in my career. The place is revolving door with people coming and going constantly. This isn't good for the company does help with meeting many new people.

ConsWork is extremely repetitive and unrewarding. Their advertising product isn't very strong which makes you feel bad when people purchase it and put their faith in you.

Advice to Senior ManagementCreate a better product that sales people can get behind.

ProsCompany tries to promote a fun new age working environment.

Great Opportunity for those who want it...and WORK for it.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsRapidly changing. Always growing. Young and flexible. Filled with go getters.

ConsLots of people make snap judgements. This is an inside sales 100% based on cold calling. You dont make dials = you dont make money. Lots of people are quick to point the finger and hesitate when it comes time to take a long hard look in the mirror.

Advice to Senior ManagementInvest a bit more in training. Maybe a bit more in the salary area to attract better talent.

    Good, Fun Place to Work!

    Account Executive (Current Employee)
    Tempe, AZ

ProsThe atmosphere, friendly people and being rewarded for working hard are definitely pros. I love coming into work to be surrounded by positive people, sales is hard- but worth it if the enviornment and pay is good! It is a sales job, which is described to you right up front - cold calling - but you are selling a good product that actually is successful.

The enviornment is very laid back, I love wearing flip flops and shorts to work and being around relaxed people. It's nice to be able to play ping pong on breaks as well.

If you work hard you will be successful!

ConsIt's hard work- definitely cold calling, but that is to be expected.

Advice to Senior ManagementEncourange and help employees a bit more.
