    Pros

Great company to work for. If you like data and cutting edge technology, then this is the company for you. Be ready to learn and drive projects. Great work/life balance

    Cons

Management has needed to grow. Some managers are great...others are not.

    Advice to Management

Grow people. Let them explore. Don't just keep certain people going...ensure everyone gets opportunities.

I worked at Datalogix full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There's a gym and free food occasionally. A lot of smart people. Motivated senior management who want to win. Talented and experienced staff. Unlimited PTO

    Cons

Huge amount of stress. Highly negative atmosphere. Not a supportive work environment. Very matrixed org structure, means get ready for conflict, combat and a lot of meetings and email Too much work for hours in the week, management doesn't recognize indidual successes Understaffed, too lean team

    Advice to Management

You don't know what's happening on the ground with client work. You think you do... you don't. Therefore you don't know what it's like to work cross-functionally to get things done.

    Pros

Excellent soft benefits; no tracking of PTO; advancement is based on you, not numbers on a spreadsheet

    Cons

Planning isn't the best; lack of governance and control over processes

    Advice to Management

Find better ways to communicate to employees what expectations are; define roles better

I have been working at Datalogix full-time

    Pros

The flexibility to work from home, the no PTO policy, free lunches, gym

    Cons

management heavy who only care about their own agenda, same people doing same job for years with no option for growth, HR is not your friend. No 401k match, bad health benefits-- although premiums have not increased which is nice

I have been working at Datalogix full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You have control over your expectations. You're work day can start, end, pause when you feel is right for what needs to be accomplished. We are really treated as adults instead of living under a microscope. Each person I have interacted with has a great personality and work ethic. They really do hire the best of the best. This company also really beliefs and lives the practice of recognizing/appreciating it's employees. They are constantly

    Cons

My pay rate is lower than I expected. I hope this will improve as I progess into my role after my first 6 months.

I have been working at Datalogix full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Emphasis on open access to executives and senior management offers an unparalleled learning experience, especially for people just starting their careers. What I value the most though is that the company's values are not just words on a piece of paper, but are evident in the every day actions and decisions of employees at all levels of the company.

    Cons

Due to the rapid growth of the company, some people have a difficult time keeping up with the pace of the company. There is a commitment at all levels of the company to maintaining a culture of "frictionless meritocracy" which is great for upward mobility, but underperforming individuals are often times kept in their position for much longer they should be.

I have been working at Datalogix full-time

    Pros

Datalogix is fast paced, treats its employees very well, and offers a lot of work life balance and flexibility.

    Cons

Because growth is happening so quickly, some processes & polices are not developed and thought through enough.

    Advice to Management

The perks are great, but some compensation polices need to be through through better.
