Pros – The environment at work is pretty chilled out. Work pressure is easy to handle as the co-workers are supportive. Transportation services save us a lot of hassle.
Cons – Resource management could be better. They could surely pay us fairly better salaries for the amount of work we do,
Advice to Senior Management – Avoid favouritism.

Pros – some of the project teams are really enthusiastic and excellent team work. timings were according to our convenience. payments were made on time.
Cons – some of the projects paid less and we were forced to work on those projects. sometimes we were tagged when we make a mistake in the work, though we corrected ourselves.

Confused on the roles
Reporting structure can be changed on moods of reporting manager
Multiple ownership of assignments thus preventing you to focus on a single one.
Technical Architect = Project Leader
Technical Leader = Developer
Project Manager = God
Business Head = Unreachable
Complete failure of leadership
People= reusable resources attitude of Management
Tall hierarchy and voice of common man cannot be heard to top management/ invisible to top management
No Vision, No Mission, No Values
Advice to Senior Management – Flatten the reporting structure. Be more open to employees. Treat employees as internal customers and partners rather than dirt. Maintain a relavent reporting structure. Be more social with the people reporting to you. Have a good vision, Ensure that values are met.
HR to be more interactive. Recruit more Unit HRs for grievances. Stop treating employees like dirt.
