    I worked at Dave & Buster's

    Pros

The best thing about working at Dave & Buster's was the workplace environment; there was never a dull moment. My co-workers were nice people and it made the job much easier for me.

    Cons

Its extremely stressful if you aren't good at what you are doing, the job requires a lot of energy and you are on your feet 100% of the time. Just like every other workplace, you really have to keep an eye out on drama.

I have been working at Dave & Buster's

    Pros

Carefree, fun environment. Co workers make the job a lot more fun and are very fun to work with. Everyone works together as a team.

    Cons

The downfall are all the drunk, obnoxious customers you encounter. Many times, they will argue with you for no reason or make inappropriate remarks.

I have been working at Dave & Buster's part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

coworkers are cool. food is good. starting pay is good. simple job on weekdays, not much to do and basically get paid to sit around.

    Cons

the managers are all shady. the customers are rude and it is incredibly busy on saturdays. if you do not like kids you will dread working on weekends. the hours are long. the managers aren't considerate at all. on a busy day they would schedule you 9-11 hours. NO room for growth. they won't even cross train you so you can try something new. so apply for what you think is best for you because after that you're stuck with it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

please get managers that actually give a damn about their workers. and that aren't shady as hell

I have been working at Dave & Buster's part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Occasionally laid back, good relationship with employers.

    Cons

Some jobs like cleaning seemed unnecessary, managers can be to overbearing, can be really busy and frustrating on busy weekend nights. Long shifts with no breaks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To be more understanding and realize that your company could treat employees better realizing that they make an abundance amount of money in the company.
