    Pros

Fun, great pay as a server. The guests are usually alot of fun. The staff has become a family. Great atmosphere

    Cons

Long hours, very long hours on the weekends. Weekly paychecks would be great but unfortunately that isn't the case

    Advice to Management

I think management should communicate more with one another. There is a huge lack of communication but all good aside from that

    Pros

Really great environment to work in. Make a lot of great friends in the end

    Cons

Management isn't well trained. Doing your job you may know a lot more then they do

    Advice to Management

To better understand their employee needs and to stick behind the employee when a guest starts to complain.

    Pros

Get to work in an environment where you're helping guests have a fun time.

    Cons

Managers micromanage as many people as possible without actually caring
Managers do not communicate with other managers, meaning work style basically changes day to day.
Do not trust managers to be consistent.

    Advice to Management

Talk to one other, agree on how things should be done as a whole instead of just how you want it. Stop giving employees basically whiplash. And learn to truely care for your employees. Aside from a couple people it's nothing but fakeness. And everyone can see it.

    Pros

Great sales training. Learned great tips on how to sell. The entire sales team throughout the country gives you tips, ideas, areas to prospect, etc... I really liked learning from everyone.

    Cons

Working with the operations staff is horrible. Sales and operations do not mix well. Both parties must make their numbers and it's a constant battle.

Must work holidays. No life/work balance.

    Pros

Fun environment! Flexible work schedule! Some upper level Executives are friendly and open to new ideas.

    Cons

Too many negative personalities. Management caters to negative and troubled employees.

    Pros

Very Flexible schedule, allowing a college student be able to work and go to school

    Cons

Sometimes your kindness gets taken for weakness and you get your time taken advantage of.

    Advice to Management

Allow your employees to have at least a weekend to themselves

    Pros

You get to learn a lot about the games if you're willing to put in the time. Supervisors are willing to help in that regard, just got to make sure you let them know ahead of time.

    Cons

Close really late and you still have to clean the game room. When it's not busy, it will get a bit boring. Not every employee is friendly/approachable. Not paid enough to care about everything single things they expect you to do.

    Advice to Management

Add more training hours. Increase pay for game technicians.
