    Company offers a lot of opportunity and growth. Be willing to adapt to change and a fast paced work environment.

    Cons

    Culture changes from account to account. Feel detached from DRC at times. A bit of uncertainty with account.

    Pros

    You learn about so many venders and products. You also get to come contact with the venders face to face and ask questions about there business. Also there's the gratitude of knowing each venders to allow buyers to know big names aren't always right.

    Cons

    There's no downside besides customers can be a little rude

    Pros

    Good starting pay. If your looking for a part time job this would be the place. Can't get hours.

    Cons

    Not enough hours, no benefits, no pay raise, hard to get bonus by selling food items demonstrated.

    Advice to Management

    Need to offer full time opportunities for those who want it.

    Pros

    Daymon has an excellent 401K and Profit Sharing program.

    Cons

    They management did not always act in the best interestof their employees

    Make sure you take time to work alongside your people.

    I have been working at Daymon Worldwide full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great role. I love what I do and the people I work with. I have a lot of autonomy and room to grow in my role. I get to work from home one day per week and wear jeans to work.

    Cons

    Local leadership is horrible. They do not lead by example. Very "image" focused, but forgetting to look at the image they portray. Company is struggling and people are leaving. Benefits are changing. Company just dropped their ESOP plan.

    Advice to Management

    Lead by example. Watch the body language and pay attention to what people are saying to you and about you.

    As with all things new there are hurdles, some are not be handled as well as one would hope

    Communicate honestly with those in the field and really listen to the feedback
