    Pros

benefits, cafe, gym, location, parking, volunteering.

    Cons

extremely stressful, micro-managed, separatism, you have to kiss up to move up. Hard work, quality work unnoticed. Worst place I have ever worked. They offer work from home just to list it as a perk but you must jump through hoops to get it.

    Advice to Management

Your employees are people, you put on paper how important and valued your employees are but the actions do not follow.

  3. Helpful (1)

Management is horrible, bad pay increases and it's all about people you like over the work performance.

    Pros

Great cafe, gym, great parking, great location

    Cons

Rookies for managers, favoritism played over work produced, open environment-no cubicles.

    Advice to Management

When you promote a non manager material to a manager he/she needs proper management training.

    Pros

    Compensation and work life balance

    Cons

No opportunity for advancement for minorities
    Extremely Prejudice
    Amateurish management
    Highly micromanaged
    Management CLEARLY shows favoritism
No advancement for seasoned employeed who are maxed out of their salary

    Advice to Management

Extremely PREJUDICE. ALL of management upper & lower needs managerial training quarterly. They do not know how to professionally manage a staff. They do not know how to speak to their staff without using profanity or trying to be little. Management needs to be fair to all employees and stop showing favoritism to family members, significant others, and friends within the company. Management needs to start promoting and grooming minorities for advancement.

    Pros

Great perks and benefits. 4 week vacation to start. Sabbatical after 7 years. Onsite gym, cafe, store, ATM.

    Cons

Recent restructuring of company has lowered morale of company as a whole. Less emphasis on members and more on bottom line.

    Advice to Management

Concentrate on members needs and stress levels. Many members are overwhelmed.
