Pros

The pay is great. They are understanding when family or personal issues arise. They are very good at rewarding a job well done.

Cons

Not as much structure as I would like. The housing market is really bad right now so the work load is not as much as I would like. The day goes by much faster when you have a heavier work load.

Advice to Senior Management

Consistancy would help. They say no to one owner and then yes to the other on the same issue. That drives me crazy.

Pros

Their benefits were fair and salary was acceptable.

Cons

If you are not a DeLuca or one of the elite few managers, you were disregarded and continually rebutted for ideas. Heaven forbid if you did not agree with sales management. They seemed to have the senior management wrapped around their fingers and in many individuals opinion, it was the sales management that drove the profits and the company into the ground.

Advice to Senior Management

Not sure what I would tell you now. You have had some dynamite managers in both locations. However, you continue to support the management that desparately needed to be replaced.

Friendly people in the office

Management decisions and Nepitism is rampant. You have no future in this company if you didn't grow up with the cronies that run the company.
