Pros – There are several different pros. The first pro is that my boss is great and the second pro is that they will work around your school schedule. The third pro is that it is close and I enjoy what I am doing.
Cons – There are several different cons as well. The first con is that there is not a lot of room for personal growth. The second con is that it is only part-time hours.

Current Employee – been working at DeVry University
Pros – Employees feel valued. Effective communication between the deans and professors.
Open door policy therefore deans are very accessible to both students and staff. Always get feedback timely.
Cons – Payroll dates previously very confusing but this has since been resolved and the structure in place is more appealing to adjunct faculty.
Advice to Senior Management – Devry Houston campus is a great place to work for. I am proud to be associated with this institution. Hopefully most people can change their preconceived ideas about online schools.
