    ConsThere is only limited hours available and there is competition for the work with many other Casuals. There is a limited life in the role

    ProsLarge and pleasant campus, good library, friendly associates. Uni finances are in good shape. Lots of emphasis on research.

    ConsHeavy administrative overheads for academics, not very flexible in terms of workloads. At times it feels as if the Uni over-reaches itself.
