Pros – You are able to move up in the company when there is a chance. There is always new information to be learned .
Cons – Sometimes the employees can be troublesome.
Advice to Senior Management – I would advise anyone in management to be sure to not get "clicked up" with anyone so your job as a supervisor or manager will not be questioned when the gossip starts flying.

Cons – Clinical management is okay but almost all other management is bad, you have to pay for parking, alot of favoritism

Pros – Employees are some of the very best. The employees care about the Eye Instiutute. They try their best to take care of the patients and do their jobs to the best of their ability. Several of the employeeses go above and beyond to see that patients are taken care of .
Cons – Management!! Uncaring, uninvolved. Managment refuses to make any changes even if it is an improvement. Mangement is not supportive, plays favorites. "Rules" don't apply to everyone. Very difficult place to work. Lots of frustrations just trying to do your job. Would not recommend this place to anyone as an employer. Lots of tension between doctors and management. Management can not be trusted. IT department spys on employees for management. Not a good enviroment to work in. Managment is very demeaning. Managment has their favorite employees and those employees can get away with anything. Hardworking, dependable employees are seen as threatening by management. Most employees are looking for another job.
Advice to Senior Management – Be professional, don't play favorites, listen to employees. When suggestions are made to improve job performance at least try some of the suggestions. Get involved care about the work you are manageing. Find out what your employees are doing and what all is involved in completeing their work. Stop playing favorites and don't be vendictive if someone calls in sick.
