Pros
understanding, integrity, honesty, willing to listen, willing to invest in equipment suported by an ROI, an open environment, a respectful management group
Cons
the only downside of working at Decorator Industries was the market(s) that the company did business with (being RV, manufactured housing, and hospitality)
Advice to Senior Management
do not change your way of doing business with your employees; all repsect the management group for thinking employee first
