Pros – Large company with small company feel. As processes and roles are continuously changing, you have a lot of input to develop your role. Overall, good people to learn and grow with.

Cons – HR is still developing - so career pathing isn't as good as it could be. If you know where you want to be in 5-10 years, it may be hard to get there. There isn't true career pathing - you have to create your own path and hope that positions open up for you to get there.

Advice to Senior Management – Like where the company is going - just need to understand where the top performers want to be in order to retain them through the transition.

Pros – Befefits and pay are good, however they have a large work load/requirement (lean machine).

Cons – Politics, Multi-layers of management, traditional organization, slow to adapt.

Advice to Senior Management – Evaluate turnover and understand the reasons, not the persons as the issue.
