    If you have no bills to pay and have no family obligations, hey why not!

    Cons

    Zero employee incentives for working at this job. Management gets bonuses for bringing down labor costs, therefore we were always shorthanded and as soon as the rush was over several disgrunted employees were always sent home. If dishsoap ran out the employees were told there was no more til next shipment and when next shipment came there was still no dishsoap so the employees learned to bring their own

    Advice to Management

    Nothing! They do a great job according to my oppinion as slave drivers!

    Pros

    good hours if you're a decent employee. I've even seen bad employees get pretty good hours. If you're a manger/shift leader, you get free lunches (up to 5.00, then anything after that is half off.). Fellow co workers could become pretty good friends.

    Cons

    The reason you get so many hours is because they're too stingy to hire enough employees. You're constantly short handed. For example, you could be the only cashier at times and be running front, speaker, drive thru, and bagging at the same time. It gets very stressful, like makes you want to rip your hair out stressful. Certain mangers wont help you when you need it so youre usually on your own. If there does happen to be one other employee, a lot of the times one of you are stocking or cleaning dine that you're still on your own. You're very lucky if you have three cashiers for a shift. The managers can be quite mean unless you're their favorites. I was treated pretty well however a lot of my coworkers were treated fairly bad by certain managers. When you do happen to get a promotion to shift leader, the general manager takes as long as possible to give you the title, let alone the raise. You're basically doing manager tasks for team member wages.

    Advice to Management

    Hire more people. The store makes enough sales for you to.

    Pros

    Coworkers are helpful, nice and the working environment is great. Manager needs to help more instead of been absent.

    Cons

    There are some regular costumers whom are a handful.

    Pros

    Small place. The work is alright if you work the grill, I guess.

    Cons

    One person making fries, quesadillas, burgers, beans, chicken, steak, AND heating up things for the other parts of the store? It's not too bad, except when lunch or dinner rush hits. Then things get crazy and your manager fusses at you for not being "fast enough" when you're just trying to follow the damn cooking times and health protocols. And if you burn the made-in-store beans? Expect the management to yell at you about how those beans are essentially the lifeblood of the store and crucial to sales and "why didn't you take care of them when they were ready?", even though you had your hands full at the time and couldn't do anything in the middle of lunch rush.

    BE REALISTIC, I'M ONLY HUMAN

    The food and the concept is excellent.

    Cons

    Corporate has no idea what the field needs are. The are turning Management into paper pushing secretaries. No clue about all the favoritism that occurs. Profit monger s and threats...false promises.

    Advice to Management

    You can get a clue about how to cough up some labor dollars so your teams can do what you want. Don't allow Area Management to favor labor to certain stores for any reason. Make sure you don't buy into the butt kissers and b.s. you are being told. Invest in your employees today because many will be there for you tomorrow. Give your managers a voice too!
