    Pros

Very smart management team that promotes and retains their best talent while dealing swiftly but sensitively with bullies and bullshitters. They are widely respected and widely liked. They make big populist work that works with the viewing public.

    Cons

While the agency is rightly lauded for the effectiveness of their work, the creative product could be more consistently inspirational.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It's difficult to do without appearing self-righteous but make more of the principle of being good to others AND being good at what you do.

    Pros

Work, very creative, good people, work in central london, covent garden is very nice (shopping, street performers and lots of entertainment facilities and the Royal Opera House bustling Seven Dials area), smart people who are efficient, good benefits and lots opf good parties and fun. work with a number of international clients, such as SCA, General Motors, Esso and Sony on both a global and pan-European basis. Success in running international work based on ability to identify a unifying truth for a brand across all markets but which is creatively flexible enough to incorporate local nuances.

    Cons

Long hours, advertising people, some self obsessed people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Move away from traditional advertising and start to embrace more modern marketing methods.

    Pros

Great client portfolio and good history of work

    Cons

Too many managers, poor inter-departmental comunication, too many egos

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Talk to each other and agree a consolidated approach before trying to tell your staff what to do; get rid of the blame culture; how many managers, managing directors and deputy managing directors do you need?
