Pros – Good experience, good environment, hi-tech skills, opportunity to travel abroad and improve your English. Management is very democratic and listens to your voice
Cons – Not very high salaries. Even in a good time they are lower than avarage in the industry. Communication between departments also needs to be improved.

Pros – People are great, conditions are ok albeit a little behind the time with regard to benefits, they will have to do a lot better to attract and keep staff,
Cons – The vast amount of middle management that really don't contribute much that seem to have got into the positions not by merit.
Advice to Senior Management – Think serious about more than just a token cost of living pay increase it really does not go down well when directors are rewarding themselves big rises and have taken millions in shares when profits and sales are at an all time record high year on year.
