I have been working at Dell full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Benefits are comprehensive and extremely well covered
Over 20k invested in Education reimbursement and certifications in 3 years
Huge internal training library via the Portal
Working from home or with flex schedules is freedom!
Increased by personal salary over 40% in 3 years!
Move policy allows you to apply for new positions @ 12mos (entry level) or 18 months (all other roles) and keeps managers competitive. If you hate the spot, highly likely to move internally. I did 4 years in 3 years.

    Cons

Coming in via an acquisition can be hard as many have not assimilated the Dell culture.
Satellite offices via acquisition need upgrading (Providence, RI - Boston)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Continue to make Dell awesome!
