Pros
Provide good level training for a new career graduate. Some people come into the position with very low communication and technical skills, the training providd was quite good and provided the necessary skill sets to perform the job. We received continuous training on

very high turnover in the customer service areas, becomes stagnant very quickly. Little room for career advancement. We were downsized out due to increasing costs in our city. Because this was a call center job the work life balance was horrible, but it was the position it was not the companies policy.
Pay was low compared to other call center jobs.

Keep communication lines open with the staff
