I have been working at Dell Children's Medical Center full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Fun environment. Lot's of training, promotional opportunities. Career paths are highly defined and their rewards and recognition programs are top notch. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is seeking career advancement with an industry leading organization.

    Cons

There are few cons. If I had to single out a few it would be in the area of competition. There are so many talented people employed by this company, it is easy to get lost in the mix. You have to bring your A-Game to the table.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pay more for better workers.
