Big Campus, Large and secure parking space, Good opportunity for people from grade B and C colleges, Onsite visit very likely

Poor management, Filled with favouritism and nepotism, Very bad salaries for Noida employees, Stagnation for years, The more political one is the more likely to get promoted, Sudden firing is a trend, Focus is on picking workforce from the worst colleges and unknown places so that the very low salaries can be given (last year freshers got less than 2.0 LPA), Onsite salaries are amongst the lowest in service industry, Ill-behaved and frustrated support groups like IT, Finance and HR
