Advice to Senior Management
Work to develop and educate your employees, listen and provide guidance and opportunities to move within vs. losing valuable employees to other employers

Sometimes you feel like you're a number in the company which is so big in size, and also it takes a while to adjust with the computer side.

Very intense during key marketing and sales peaks. Reduction of IT team has hurt in the delivery of key business projects.

short sighted from a financial point of view
Pros

Cons

Advice to Senior Management
Talk to employees to find wats to improve customer service
Pros
The employees are great people to work with!
Cons
Terrible compensation, no opportunity for advancement. They'll ask you to take on additional responsibilities and do work that is not encompassed in your job description. They want you to have all of the responsibility and accountability, but won't give you any of the power to access the resources you need to be successful. They will tell you that they can't give you a pay raise or a promotion at this time "due to the economy" even though you are taking on more responsibility, but then go on to say that if you do the extra work, it will look good for you when promotions, pay raises and bonuses are available. Don't hold your breath waiting for those empty promises to be fulfilled. All the jobs are going off-shore and there are not opportunities for advancement, to be promoted, and any profit goes straight into the pockets of the executive management team, who still received 5 figure bonuses when the economy was crashing, while everyone else went without pay raises or bonuses. This company has no business sense, no ethics, and certainly does not care about their employees. Most people in management positions have no college education and it shows. They have no business sense, don't understand the difference between leading and managing and clearly are not familiar with the concept of organizational behavior. Their sales strategy is to over promise and under deliver to their clients which puts those who are accountable to the client for those promises in a bad situation.
Benefits are expensive!
Advice to Senior Management
Fire everyone on the executive management and start over with people who care.
Pros
ethical place to work at
Cons
too much importance is given to the first level call taking agents
Advice to Senior Management
listen to the first level/second level managers sometimes.
Pros
Ability to drive your own business. Good work/life balance. It's an 8-5 Monday through Friday position 99% of the time.
Cons
Sales quotas can be unreasonable during periods of economic downturn. Support from various areas can affect your ability to attain quotas.
Advice to Senior Management
There must be more development within employees. Understandably, it's a sales position but there is the sense that there's zero opportunities for lateral or upward mobility.
