Pros
It has a very flexible culture and there is lot to learn at this place. It is seriously one of the best places to start your career with.
Cons
Sometimes the workload may get on to you too much. But again, it depends on you how much you want to take.

I think more onsite opportunities should be there for the young people and the groeth should be more frequent rather than in 3 years.

Once you are brought in at a certain salary range, unfortunately it is hard to get out It's a great company and I had a wonderful experience, but the salary is uiltimately why I left.

Consider more flex projects so people don't burn out from travel.

Magnitude of projects are on the rise and in every industry Deloitte competes it's catching up to the top players as such it's a good place for career advancement and rotation due to potential projects flowing in.
Cons
Salary wise still not that competitive especially when it comes to bonuses however that's the philosophy behind it as they want to attract professionals without solely being money driven

Expanding further into emerging markets esp Asia and widen Deloitte's scope with the introduction of new service lines targeting specific industries within particular countries, adaptability.

1. Very siloed in terms of P&L protection
2. Partners are sometimes a bit removed.

Work out a better structure to allow for serving clients no matter where staff come from.

People to people connection and focus on being the best we can be.
Cons
Very large and you can get lost w/o a sponsor.

Maximize people strengths don't set them up to fail but set them up to succeed.
