Over all very good. Sometimes people who dont work can come to the top because they can talk . more attention should be given to people who work/creative

The seasonality is very strong, and workers must work a lot in overtime period from january to may. There are a lot of project runs in the same time.
Advice to Senior Management
No face time at summer time, it is neither good for the employers nor for the budget of charged engagement

Fast pace of learning, incredible professional growh opportunities, wide range of reponsibilities esp. after 2-3 years when responsibilities include management roles.

Fast pace of learning due to excessive working hours, responsibilities can lead to high stress levels, management can be caliviar about employee welfare when pursuing fees.

- The India office is getting cramped due to a hiring spree. Management needs to exapn infrastructure effectively
- To supply demand firm is recruiting from non-core engineering schools now. The exclusivity and aura is diminishing.

- Expand the infrastructure and make the office facilities (conf. rooms, phones, gym etc.) more accessible to employees
- Improve work desk space allocation

You become a specialist and it's difficult to change your subject matter later
You are constantly pressured to bill as much chargeable hours as possible

I was lucky to have good mentorship and great project team. however, it varies very much throughout the firm.

Leadership needs to have more open discussion and get feedback from the folks who are doing the heavy lifting at the lower Staff levels. Specially if the want honest feedback.
